Job description

As Accountant, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely accounting information and support in compliance with company, government, statutory, and policies of Safran Helicopter Engines GmbH.

Your responsibilities:
• Accounting of all accounts, but especially creditors
• Closing procedures (monthly, annual)
• Taxation (especially VAT, CIT on a monthly base)
• Intercompany reconciliation (monthly, annual)
• Internal control

Candidate skills & requirements


• Completed apprenticeship as Accountant or Assistant Tax Consultant
• 5 years of related experience in a Tax Consulting Agency or an Accounting Department
• Experiences in Accounting (P&L, General Ledger, Balance Sheet)
• German Taxation, especially VAT, CIT, Commercial Tax
• Intermediate to Advanced level – Microsoft office suite
• Knowledge of ERP system, SAP preferred
• Good financial knowledge
• Ability to adapt in matrix organization
• Fluent in spoken and written English and German
