In the role of Project Management Professional I, you will be responsible for the development and management of the Project Plan. You'll coordinate with external and internal customers on project management tasks. This position contributes to our vision by:
• Creating and executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Maintaining an updated project schedule for the organization, identifying needed resources, and assigning individual responsibilities.
• Tracking performance to plan and project status, including development of predictive metrics, project budget, and expenses. Conducting risk analysis and proposing mitigation plans to minimize risk and assure a successful plan performance.
• Managing day-to-day operational aspects of assigned project and scope.

Travel specifictity

High - Must take over projects lasting 3 to 6 months on site with different customers within the US.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering, or equivalent.
• 0 - 5 years of Project Management experience
• Aerospace Industry experience (preferred, but not required)
• Advanced knowledge of Project Management concepts and practices.
• Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and productively with team members and cross functional teams.
