Job description

Follow HSE rules (wear appropriate PPE, perform operation in a safe way), detect any HSE risk and report it to team leader
Perform operation on IPS or Loose part :
Check and validate the procedure contents prior to operation in order to make sure that the operation is understood
Perform inspection of the parts before installation
Follow carrefully and precisely every step of the work instruction
Perform assembly operation, part replacement, touch up operation, troubleshooting operation or configuration control request in QEC or FAL (or in Flight test if support is needed)
Carries out boroscope inspections (TBC, and training plan to be identified)
Make sure the tooling are in good conditions and calibration is up to date
Fill up and stamp the procedure
Inspect and tag all the parts disassembled
Report any issue finding to FTR during operation
Register all work done on appropriate tools/bases (PIM system – wait for implementation)
Support activities performed by the team (tasks prioritization done by the team leader) :
Loose part quality inspections
Damage measurement
HSE matters: risk analysis, update of position rules
Validation of the FTSI and participation to the FMEA
Process of purchase any goods
Warehouse management (logistics,unbatch, parts/box displacement, open/close box, inventory)
Badge access

Candidate skills & requirements

You have acquired knowledge of aircraft or engine
maintenance in commercial aeronautic sector. You have cumulated
professional experiences linked to Quality or Configuration Management.
Through your work experience, you have shown :
