This position contributes to our vision by:
• Creation and management of work instructions
• Serving as primary interface with external customers
• Interfacing with Technicians, leadership and support teams to meet business unit goals
• Supporting standardization initiatives across business units
• Configuring work station design, layout and tooling to optimize operator performance
• Resolving problems related to the installation and rework /rebuild processes

Candidate skills & requirements

Safran Electrical & Power looks for service-oriented team players with strong interpersonal skills, the right attitude and adaptability to an innovative and evolving environment.
• BS in Engineering Discipline or a technical 4 year degree preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in manufacturing and quality processes; or an equivalent of education and experience combined
• Aerospace or operations background preferred
• Strong MRO or aircraft modification background a plus.
• Falcon Jet experience a plus.
• ENOVIA experience a plus.
