Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Ensure the service level for timely finish good delivery to costumer
2. Obtain customer demand & forecasts timely from customer
3. Create monthly/weekly/daily delivery plan, and ensure the on time delivery; tack and monitor customers' back order on daily basis, coordinate with related departments to clear back orders
4. Lead weekly MPS meeting with related departments based on customer orders and forecasts, material supply, production capacities to determine firmed schedule
5. Work with workshop planners to schedule in the most effective way as well as keep customer service level high
6. Track and monitor monthly and weekly production plan fulfill status, coordinate with related departments to complete production plan/MPS and delivery plan on time
7. Lead action plan with related departments to improve the production plan/MPS/OTD performance
8. Monitor if all work orders have been closed on time and correctly
9. Monitor and control finished goods stock level and WIP level
10. To complete any other assignments required by the immediate supervisor

Candidate skills & requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
1. College's degree or above
2. 3 years' experience or above in material, production planning and familiar with supply chain management and ERP system
3. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, French is a plus
4. Excellent communication, coordination and analytical skills with the ability to service external customers and support internal customers
