Safran Passenger Solution (SPS) is a tier 1 entity combining different business around 4 activities: Connected Cabin, Air Management, and Custom Cabin and Water & Waste systems
This position will be reporting to SPS branch financial controller and will mainly consist of

1. Being responsible for all Safran Passenger Solution internal Budget
a. Will be the main focal point for all Passenger Solutions organization for all internal budget related item. Internal budget mean following all cost relating to SPS organization (salaries, consulting, rent, Safran management fees, etc)
b. Review and follow up on a quarterly basis SPS budget with SPS CFO and CEO
c. In charge of reallocation cost methodology across SPS business Units
d. Establish with all executive member of SPS , annual budget and business plan including payroll and expenses for all department
e. Assist & support all subsidiaries in their monthly reporting issues regarding branch / management fees

2. Support the financial controller and consolidation manager in their monthly analysis by
a. Creates and develops new report in BFC (reporting tool)
b. Extract and analyses monthly performance KPI across all SPS's Business
c. Participate in all major reporting phases (monthly closing, reforecast, budget, business plan)
d. Review RM and CS package (quarterly)
e. Support the financial controller in any special projects linked to finance organization

Candidate skills & requirements

1. Should possess sound knowledge of finance, accounting and consolidation rules. First experience in finance department
2. Must have ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports.
3. Must have strong proficiency with MS Excel (i.e. V-Look Ups and Pivot Tables).
4. Must be able to function as part of a team
Education and Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related business major with Financial Accounting coursework. Master's is a plus
2. Requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a Finance position preferably in a manufacturing environment.
3. Experience in the Aerospace industry a plus.
4. Experience with ERP systems a plus.
